About This Project

ARA Factsheets were infographics developed for 2018 American Rally Association events. Designed for distribution through the ARA social media and distribution through third-party sites like Reddit, the purpose of the ARA Factsheet was to provide every bit of information needed to enjoy an upcoming event. At the top are statistics about the current event such as, dates, length, and location. Below that is historical information highlighting some of the event’s best drivers before the sheet moves onto the current year’s rally championship leaders. The Quick Facts section highlights interesting talking points for fans to discover.

The ARA Factsheet is designed to work both as a swipeable Instagram post and as a long form single image post on a website or as printed poster at event locations with minimal additional editing. Both versions of a single factsheet are shown on this page.

The basic layout of the ARA Factsheet doesn’t change throughout the season, only the specific information and images pertaining to ARA rallies were changed event to event. The Olympus Rally 2018 Factsheet shown here is representative of all from the 2018 season.
